State Information Resources Interoperability Platform (SIRIP)

State Information Resources Interoperability Platform (SIRIP)

The State Information Resources Interoperability Platform (SIRIP) is a central platform designed to ensure seamless data exchange between institutions and the delivery of electronic public services to residents, businesses, and the public sector.

For residents and businesses

Access to public and administrative services is provided through a one-stop-shop principle, allowing users to obtain services in a single place.

For public sector institutions

Institutions can provide public and administrative services using SIRIP capabilities, including:

  • Data exchange between institutions;
  • Identity data exchange (including cross-border exchange via eIDAS, integration with NETAIS);
  • Development and delivery of electronic services;
  • Payment processing (payment initiation, transfer to banks, fund collection, real-time accounting data submission);
  • Access to e-Delivery services (National Electronic Delivery Information System);
  • Management of legal entity authorizations (only previously created authorizations are supported; creation of new authorizations is not available);
  • IT process management (licensing, vendor and contract management, deployment and decommissioning, usage monitoring, and hardware data management).

To provide electronic services via SIRIP and use platform functionalities, please follow these steps:
