About the portal

epaslaugos.lt is the national e-services portal where you can find and request electronic services provided by various public institutions in one place. The portal operates on a one-stop-shop principle and is intended for residents, businesses, and public sector employees.

Updated Portal

The portal has been updated and adapted to modern user experience standards to ensure clear and convenient access to electronic services. The new structure, design, and functionality make it easier to find the required service, understand the service conditions, and conveniently track the progress of requests.

As part of the modernization process, services are being gradually migrated to the new environment to ensure a smooth transition and continuous service availability. During the transition period, some services will continue to be provided through the previous version of the portal, to which users will be redirected automatically.

New Features

  • Smart search – you can search for services using everyday language, for example “declare residence” or “child benefit”. There is no need to know the exact official name of the service – the system will return relevant services based on your query.
  • Self-service area – view the status, history, payments, and notifications of all submitted requests.
  • Personalized notifications – select services or life events you are interested in and receive updates in the portal and by email.
  • Mobile app (Android and iOS) – currently under development.

The portal is continuously improved based on user feedback and needs.

How to Find a Service

You can find services in several ways:

  • Using the search field on the main page;
  • Browsing by life events, e.g. “Raising or caring for a child”, “Looking for or have a job”, “Moving or preparing to move to another country”, “Studying”;
  • Browsing by service categories, e.g. “Health”, “Migration”, “Taxes”, “Transport and Communication”.

Composite Services

Composite services allow you to request all services related to a specific life event in one place. This reduces administrative burden, as you do not need to search for services separately or re-enter the same data multiple times.

The process is completed within a single login session or, where necessary, the user is seamlessly redirected to related systems.

Currently, the portal offers the following composite services:

  • “Traveling abroad”
  • “Becoming a farmer”
  • “Losing a job”
  • “Birth of a child”

Example:

The composite service “Birth of a child” allows you to submit multiple requests at once, such as birth registration, benefit applications, residence declaration, and other related actions—without needing to request each service separately.
